What is Cefflo?
Cefflo is an operating system for same-day local delivery. It groups today's orders by area, turns them into multi-drop runs for your riders, and gives customers a link to check their status.
Is Cefflo a marketplace or a delivery service?
Neither. Cefflo isn't a marketplace, a rider company or an aggregator. Your customers, sales channels and riders stay yours. Cefflo is the system you run your delivery operation on.
Do I need my own riders?
Yes. Cefflo is built for businesses that deliver with their own riders or drivers, on motorcycles, cars or vans. You invite them to your team and give them runs.
Can I import orders from Excel?
Yes. Orders can be typed in one by one, or imported from CSV and Excel files.
Do I need my own website?
No. Cefflo runs delivery for orders from the sales channels you already use, whether WhatsApp, social media, phone calls or anything else.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers just open the tracking link. No app, no account.
How much does it cost?
The FREE plan is RM0 for 150 completed deliveries a month. Paid plans are RM99 a month (GROW, 500 deliveries), RM199 (OPERATE, 1,500) and RM499 (SCALE, 5,000). You pay for completed deliveries, not for the number of riders.
What happens if I hit my quota while a rider is delivering?
The run in progress still finishes, including proof of delivery and customer tracking. The limit only applies to new runs after that.
